Gary D. Forsee

Mr. Forsee is former President of the four-campus University of Missouri System (since February 2008), the state's premier public institution of higher learning. He previously served as Chairman of the Board (2006-2007) and Chief Executive Officer (2005-2007) of Sprint Nextel Corporation, and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (2003-2005) of Sprint Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited (2007-present). He is also a director of our two public utility subsidiaries, KCP&L and GMO. Mr. Forsee served as a member of the Audit and Compensation and Development Committees during 2009.
