Communications should state the number of shares beneficially owned. All communications will be forwarded directly to the chair of the Governance Committee to be handled on behalf of the Board.

The Audit Committee of Great Plains Energy has established procedures for the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints or concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters affecting Great Plains Energy and its subsidiaries.

Complaints or concerns may be submitted on a confidential and anonymous basis either through the ConcernsLine (1-866-266-7595) or by letter addressed to:
