William C. Nelson

Mr. Nelson is Retired Chairman, Asset Management, George K. Baum Holdings, a provider of investment management services to individuals, foundations, and institutions. He also serves on the Board of DST Systems (1996-present). Mr. Nelson served on the Executive, Audit, and Compensation and Development Committees. Mr. Nelson is also a director of our two public utility subsidiaries, KCP&L and GMO.
